How can I book an English language course?

The easiest way to book a course is to use our online booking system at ………
Otherwise, please download a booking form from our download centre and fax to + 44 20 82970984. Bookings for all Twin English Centres are dealt with at our Head Office in London.

Before you make a booking, please ensure you have read our terms and conditions.

Do your fees get cheaper the longer I study for?
Yes, the weekly price of our courses decreases if you book longer courses.
Can I pay in instalments?
You should pay your full tuition fees in advance, but it is possible to book your accommodation in instalments.
Do you need a deposit?
Yes, all bookings should be accompanied by a deposit of £150.00.
When should I pay the balance of my fees?
The balance of your fees is due 28 days before the start of your course.
Can I have my tuition fees refunded if I decide to finish my course early?
No, this will not be possible.
What happens if I cancel my course?
Please see our terms and conditions for cancellation fees.
What do my fees include?

Your tuition fees include weekly language lessons as specified for your course of choice, your placement test and your Certificate of Studies.

Your accommodation fees include room and board as specified.

Are there any additional fees to consider?

The other costs you must bear in mind are:

Registration fee: £60
Book fee: £15 per book

How can I pay?
We can accept payment by international bank transfer (£10 surcharge), credit card (please add 2% surcharge), UK cheque or cash payment.
Can I do 2 or 3 days a week (and pay accordingly)?
Non-European students must study every weekday (minimum 15 hours per week.) We also prefer European students to study every weekday (minimum 10 hours per week) but can sometimes make exceptions if you have a difficult work schedule (e.g. if you are an au pair.)
